IF you are reading my blog and have NEVER heard of Dawn and Joe DeLorenzo, please take a moment to go read their story.
They have had a shitty time trying to adopt from Kaz... They have had three referrals and all three children are still in Kaz, and they are home with an "empty crib and out 40,000 dollars" .
