After talking to a fost-adopt mum here in KY, I hace decided to enter into that program.
I am not ending my goals of adopting from Russia and do plan to go ahead as soon as possible, but I know I am ready to be a parent now.
I have wanted to be a foster parent for some time, and this is one way to go about it. but I do know that I will continue my plan for adopting from Russia as son as i turn 23.
Okay, that being said... I'm apartment hunting tomorrow! Woo!
